This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which One Sale Away ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by SR Tradelinks, issues refunds for our courses, services, and digital products.
Important: Specific refund terms stated on a product's sales page override this general policy. Please review the sales page carefully before purchasing.
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because most of our offerings are digital in nature and can be fully accessed immediately after purchase, we have specific guidelines to prevent abuse while still protecting genuine buyers.
Our standard refund window is 7 days from the date of purchase, unless a different period is explicitly stated on the sales page.
2. Digital Products (Templates, Swipe Files, AI Prompts, SOPs, Toolkits)
Our digital products include but are not limited to:
- Meta Ads Starter Kit

- Ecommerce Launch Playbook
- Email Sequence Swipe File
- High-Converting Copy Templates

- Lead Magnet Bundle

Refund Terms:
- 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
- To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you have NOT substantially consumed the product (e.g., downloaded all files, used the templates in active campaigns, etc.).
- If more than 30% of the product has been accessed or downloaded, the refund may be denied or prorated.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
3. Online Courses
Our online courses include:
- AI Marketing Mastery
- Meta Ads Domination
- Ecommerce From Zero
- Digital Marketing Foundations
- Client Acquisition System
- Online Business Blueprint
- Complete Bundle (all courses)
Refund Terms:
- 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the course sales page.
- You must NOT have completed more than 25% of the course content.
- You must NOT have downloaded all course materials.
- You must NOT have accessed bonus materials, templates, or community resources.
- If these conditions are met, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
- After 7 days from purchase, no refunds will be issued.
Special Cases:
- Course Bundles: If you have accessed any individual course in the bundle, the bundle is non-refundable.
- Payment Plans: If you cancel a payment plan, you lose access to the course immediately. No refunds for past payments.
- Free Trials: If a course is offered with a free trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
4. 1-on-1 Coaching & Consultation
Strategy Consultation (60-min call):
- Non-refundable once the call is booked.
- Rescheduling allowed with at least 24 hours' notice (one free reschedule).
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
Monthly Coaching Programs:
- Can be cancelled anytime with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refund for the current billing month.
- If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds for unused sessions or WhatsApp support time.
5. Done-For-You Services
Our done-for-you services include:
- Meta Ads Setup
- Ecommerce Store Setup
- AI Automation Setup
- Funnel Audit & Rebuild
Refund Terms:
- 50% refund available if work has NOT commenced within 7 days of purchase.
- Once work has begun (kickoff call completed, project brief signed, or initial deliverables shared), no refund will be issued.
- If we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe (and it's due to our delay, not client-side delays), you are eligible for a full refund or a free extension.
- Refunds are not available for revisions, additional requests, or scope changes beyond the original package.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include in your email:
- Your full name
- Email used for purchase
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Product or service name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time: 7-10 business days from approval (may vary based on your bank/payment provider).
- For UPI/Card/Net Banking payments via Cashfree, refunds typically reflect within 5-7 business days.
- For PayPal payments, refunds reflect within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Note: We do not charge any refund fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or transaction fees, which are outside our control.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Completed coaching sessions (whether attended or missed).
- Services where work has commenced.
- Digital products that have been substantially downloaded or used.
- Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed.
- Custom or personalized deliverables.
- Add-ons, bonuses, or bonus materials included with any purchase.
- Subscription renewals after the renewal date.
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law).
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any concerns about a purchase, please contact us first at marketingwithsiddharth@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and fairly.
Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account and access to all products/services.
- Forfeiture of any pending refunds or services.
- Recovery of any chargeback fees from you.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor.
