• Online Courses: Self-paced and cohort-based programs on AI marketing, Meta ads, ecommerce, digital marketing, client acquisition, and online business.
• 1-on-1 Coaching & Consultation: Personalized strategy sessions, monthly coaching, and mentorship programs.
• Done-For-You Services: Meta ads setup, ecommerce store builds, AI automation, and funnel audits.
• Digital Products: Templates, swipe files, AI prompts, SOPs, and other downloadable resources.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features (such as course content, coaching calls, or member areas), you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. For international clients, prices may be displayed in USD or other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments (for Indian transactions) and may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. International payments may be processed via PayPal or other authorized gateways.

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the stated amount. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy or on the specific sales page.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by product and is clearly stated on each sales page. The general framework is:

• Digital Products (Templates, Swipe Files, AI Prompts, SOPs): 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially consumed.
• Online Courses: 7-day refund window from purchase date, unless otherwise stated on the course sales page. Refunds are not available after course content has been substantially accessed or downloaded.
• 1-on-1 Coaching & Consultation Calls: Non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Monthly Coaching Programs: Can be cancelled anytime with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No refund for the current month.
• Done-For-You Services: 50% refund available if work has not commenced within 7 days of purchase. Once work begins, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
