Live Session Delivery:

Missed Sessions:

Coaching & Consultation Calls:
- Booking Confirmation: Sent via email within 5-10 minutes of booking and payment.
- Calendar Invite: Includes the meeting link, date, and time.
- Pre-Call Questionnaire: Sent 48 hours before the call to help us prepare.
- Post-Call Deliverables: Recording, notes, and action items sent within 24-48 hours after the call.
Done-For-You Services:
- Kickoff: Within 24-48 hours of purchase, you will receive a kickoff email with next steps and a project brief.
- Project Timeline: Specific delivery timelines are stated on each service's sales page (typically 7-21 days).
- Delivery Format: Final deliverables are shared via Google Drive, Notion, email, or a project management tool (Trello, Asana).
